Investing in Your Wellbeing

Your mental health is one of the most valuable investments you can make. Untreated depression, anxiety, or PTSD often costs far more in missed work, strained relationships, and lost opportunities than any treatment ever will.

Ketamine therapy is not a quick solution or an instant cure. It’s a structured process which combines preparation, medically supervised infusions, and integration therapy, designed to help you create lasting change.

We provide clear guidance and support so you understand what’s involved every step of the way. During your consultation, we’ll review your options and outline the investment required for your care.

What’s Included in Treatment

When you begin care at our Markham, Ontario clinic, serving patients across Toronto and the GTA, you receive more than an infusion. Every treatment is delivered in a safe, supportive, and medically guided environment. Your care includes:

  • A personalized treatment plan developed by Dr. Darren Ezer, our Royal College anesthesiologist with over 20 years of experience.
  • A private treatment room with a comfortable recliner, calming music, and ambient lighting.
  • A full 60‑minute infusion with continuous medical supervision and real-time monitoring of vital signs.
  • Customized ketamine dosing, adjusted based on your individual response.
  • Supplemental medications if clinically required.
  • Guidance and support from our medical and therapeutic team throughout the process.
  • Post-treatment hydration.
  • Ongoing progress tracking to help monitor your results and adjust your plan as needed.
  • Most patients begin with a structured series designed to maximize outcomes. This often includes:
  • Comprehensive initial assessment
  • Preparation session with a registered ketamine therapist
  • Six IV ketamine infusions lasting about 60 minutes in your own private, calming treatment room
  • At least three post-infusion integration therapy sessions
  • Maintenance care: While the need and frequency of maintenance infusions varies from person to person, many people benefit from a maintenance infusion every 3 to 8 weeks. We’ll work with you to create a schedule that supports your long-term wellbeing.
  • Your plan may be adjusted based on your goals, history, and response to treatment.
